Urban Company is hiring Customer Success Managers to manage a portfolio of 200+ premium residential and commercial customers and drive repeat bookings for home cleaning, salon, and maintenance services.
You will proactively engage customers, resolve service quality issues, and prevent churn through relationship management and personalised outreach.
- 2–4 years customer success or relationship management
- Home services or consumer e-commerce domain preferred
- CRM tools and data analysis proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Hindi and English fluency
- Manage portfolio of 200+ premium Urban Company customers
- Drive repeat booking rate and reduce churn
- Resolve escalated service quality complaints
- Proactively conduct satisfaction check-in calls
- Submit weekly customer health and retention reports
