Whatfix is hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with 15–20 Fortune 500 enterprise accounts across banking, retail, and technology sectors — ensuring they get maximum value from Whatfix DAP and expand their usage over time.
- 4–6 years customer success management for enterprise SaaS
- Experience managing Fortune 500 L&D or IT buyer accounts
- Strong executive relationship management skills
- DAP, L&D, or HR tech product knowledge preferred
- NPS, CSAT, and ARR retention ownership experience
- MBA from reputed institute preferred
- Manage 15–20 Fortune 500 Whatfix enterprise accounts
- Drive DAP product adoption and usage expansion within accounts
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with CHRO and CIO stakeholders
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within the account
- Achieve 110%+ ARR retention target for account portfolio
- Partner with professional services on enterprise onboarding
