Whatfix is hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with 15–20 Fortune 500 enterprise accounts across banking, retail, and technology sectors — ensuring they get maximum value from Whatfix DAP and expand their usage over time.

  • 4–6 years customer success management for enterprise SaaS
  • Experience managing Fortune 500 L&D or IT buyer accounts
  • Strong executive relationship management skills
  • DAP, L&D, or HR tech product knowledge preferred
  • NPS, CSAT, and ARR retention ownership experience
  • MBA from reputed institute preferred
  • Manage 15–20 Fortune 500 Whatfix enterprise accounts
  • Drive DAP product adoption and usage expansion within accounts
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with CHRO and CIO stakeholders
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within the account
  • Achieve 110%+ ARR retention target for account portfolio
  • Partner with professional services on enterprise onboarding
