Chargebee is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own post-sale relationships with mid-market SaaS customers globally. You will be responsible for onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion for a portfolio of subscription businesses using Chargebee's billing platform.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of technology and business consulting. The ideal candidate is technically comfortable with SaaS platforms, commercially savvy, and passionate about helping businesses grow through subscription revenue.
- Own onboarding, health monitoring, and renewal for assigned customer portfolio
- Drive product adoption through training, QBRs, and success planning
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within your customer base
- 2-5 years of customer success or account management experience in SaaS
- Strong understanding of subscription billing and SaaS business models
- Excellent English communication and executive presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Analytical skills to track customer health metrics and churn signals
- Experience with Gainsight or similar CS platforms is a plus
- Manage post-sale customer relationships from onboarding to renewal
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
- Monitor customer health signals and proactively address churn risks
- Drive expansion revenue through upsell and cross-sell conversations
- Coordinate with product and support teams on customer feedback
