Genpact India is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its non-voice (email and chat) process supporting a large US retail client. You will handle post-purchase customer queries related to order tracking, returns, product information, and account management.

  • Handle customer queries via email and chat for US retail brand
  • Process returns, exchanges, and order modifications in the CRM
  • Maintain quality and productivity targets set by the process
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM
  • Basic MS Office proficiency
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts
  • Prior non-voice BPO experience is an advantage
  • Respond to customer emails and chats within defined SLA timeframes
  • Process order-related transactions in client CRM systems
  • Meet quality scores and CSAT targets
  • Escalate complex queries to L2 team
  • Maintain knowledge of current client products and policies
