Genpact India is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its non-voice (email and chat) process supporting a large US retail client. You will handle post-purchase customer queries related to order tracking, returns, product information, and account management.

- Handle customer queries via email and chat for US retail brand
- Process returns, exchanges, and order modifications in the CRM
- Maintain quality and productivity targets set by the process
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM
- Basic MS Office proficiency
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
- Prior non-voice BPO experience is an advantage
- Respond to customer emails and chats within defined SLA timeframes
- Process order-related transactions in client CRM systems
- Meet quality scores and CSAT targets
- Escalate complex queries to L2 team
- Maintain knowledge of current client products and policies
