  • Any graduate with 0–2 years travel or hospitality customer service
  • Good Hindi and English communication
  • Basic GDS knowledge: Amadeus or Sabre preferred
  • Customer empathy and problem-solving for travel emergencies
  • 24x7 shift rotation willingness for travel emergencies
  • Freshers welcome
  • Handle 40–50 inbound travel customer calls and chats daily
  • Assist with flight cancellations, rescheduling, and refund processing
  • Handle hotel booking changes and emergency accommodation assistance
  • Coordinate with airlines and hotels for urgent customer escalations
  • Maintain CSAT above 88% and FCR above 82%
