- Any graduate with 0–2 years travel or hospitality customer service
- Good Hindi and English communication
- Basic GDS knowledge: Amadeus or Sabre preferred
- Customer empathy and problem-solving for travel emergencies
- 24x7 shift rotation willingness for travel emergencies
- Freshers welcome
- Handle 40–50 inbound travel customer calls and chats daily
- Assist with flight cancellations, rescheduling, and refund processing
- Handle hotel booking changes and emergency accommodation assistance
- Coordinate with airlines and hotels for urgent customer escalations
- Maintain CSAT above 88% and FCR above 82%
