IndiaLends is hiring Customer Relationship Managers to assist 10M+ loan applicants through the personal loan and credit card application and disbursal journey — providing a smooth, reassuring experience through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
- 1–3 years customer relationship management or banking customer service
- Personal loan or credit card product knowledge preferred
- Good Hindi and English communication
- CRM tool proficiency
- Empathetic problem-solving approach
- Freshers with good communication welcome
- Guide 30–40 loan applicants daily through application, document submission, and disbursal
- Proactively update applicants on loan status and required documents
- Resolve application rejection queries and provide alternative product options
- Maintain CSAT above 88% and low complaint escalation rate
- Update CRM with all customer interaction notes
