Concentrix India is hiring Customer Onboarding Executives for a leading Indian payments fintech's KYC video verification process. You will conduct real-time video KYC calls with customers applying for digital savings accounts and credit cards.
- Any graduate
- Fluent Hindi and English
- Good video calling and customer communication skills
- Basic knowledge of KYC and financial regulations preferred
- Freshers welcome
- Conduct 30–40 video KYC calls daily with new customers
- Verify customer identity documents as per RBI KYC guidelines
- Reject incomplete or fraudulent KYC applications
- Maintain daily verification accuracy rate above 95%
- Update KYC records in the client's banking system
