Concentrix India is hiring Customer Care Executives for a US telecom client's inbound voice support process at its Hyderabad delivery centre.

You will be the first point of contact for US customers calling in with billing, service, and device queries, delivering world-class support on every interaction.

  • Any graduate or 12th pass with excellent spoken English
  • Neutral or near-neutral US English accent
  • Willingness to work US night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM IST)
  • Good computer and CRM skills
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years experience are welcome
  • Handle 40–50 inbound US customer calls daily
  • Resolve telecom billing, service, and device queries
  • Maintain CSAT score above 90%
  • Update CRM accurately after every call
  • Escalate unresolved complaints to L2 teams
