Concentrix India is hiring Customer Care Executives for its growing voice process operations in Chennai. You will be the first point of contact for international customers, providing excellent service and resolving queries efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience looking to build a career in customer service with a global brand.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients
  • Resolve customer queries related to billing, products, and services
  • Meet daily quality and productivity targets
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
  • Handle customer inquiries via voice and provide timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
  • Adhere to quality parameters and service level agreements
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team
  • Achieve individual performance targets set by the team lead
