Customer Care Executive Arenaflex Noida 24/7 Shift, BPO, Customer Support

Arenaflex is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our Noida hub. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our clients, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency across phone, chat, and email in a 24/7 shift environment.

• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing accurate and timely solutions.
• Resolve complex issues by troubleshooting, researching, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Adhere to the 24/7 shift schedule, including 6 days of work and 1 rotational week off.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handling time, first-contact resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

• Any undergraduate or graduate degree (preferred fields: Business, Communications, IT).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in a BPO or customer care environment; 6 months of documented BPO experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
