Any graduate with 0–2 years e-commerce or BPO customer support
Good Hindi and English communication
Good typing speed and CRM tool proficiency
E-commerce order lifecycle understanding
Freshers welcome

Handle 40–60 customer interactions daily via chat and phone
Resolve order, delivery, return, and refund queries
Process refund and exchange requests as per Snapdeal policy
Escalate fraud and payment issues to L2 support
Maintain CSAT above 88%
