  • Any graduate with 0–2 years e-commerce or BPO customer support
  • Good Hindi and English communication
  • Good typing speed and CRM tool proficiency
  • E-commerce order lifecycle understanding
  • Freshers welcome
  • Handle 40–60 customer interactions daily via chat and phone
  • Resolve order, delivery, return, and refund queries
  • Process refund and exchange requests as per Snapdeal policy
  • Escalate fraud and payment issues to L2 support
  • Maintain CSAT above 88%
