Any graduate with 0–2 years NBFC, banking, or BPO experience
Basic credit and KYC documentation knowledge
Good computer and data entry proficiency
Good English and Hindi communication
Freshers with commerce or finance background welcome

Process BNPL credit applications within TAT guidelines
Verify customer KYC and income documents digitally
Assign credit limits based on bureau and income criteria
Handle customer credit limit and EMI queries
Meet daily credit processing volume and accuracy targets
