Navi Technologies is hiring a Credit Analyst for the Personal Loan Underwriting team to evaluate loan applications and ensure accurate credit decisions for millions of digital lending customers.

2–4 years credit analysis or loan underwriting experience
NBFC or digital lending platform experience preferred
CIBIL and bureau report analysis expertise
Income and ITR verification skills
Basic Excel and data analysis skills
Good written English for underwriting notes

Review and analyse personal loan applications digitally
Verify income, bureau, and bank statement data
Make underwriting recommendations within credit policy
Identify early warning signals for high-risk applications
Meet daily underwriting volume and approval quality targets
Escalate edge cases to senior credit manager
