- 5–8 years PM with premium consumer product or fintech experience
- Experience designing for affluent and HNI consumer segments
- Rewards, loyalty, and engagement product design expertise
- Strong SQL and member behaviour analytics skills
- Deep understanding of credit card and financial lifestyle product design
- MBA from top-tier institute preferred
- Own CRED member experience and reward redemption product roadmap
- Build AI-powered personalised reward recommendation features
- Design exclusive lifestyle benefit discovery and booking experiences
- Run experiments to improve member engagement and credit bill payment frequency
- Conduct product discovery with 10M+ CRED member personas
- Present member experience strategy to CRED CEO and leadership
