- 5–8 years HRBP experience with technology or product organisation focus
- Experience supporting engineering teams of 200+ employees in premium brands
- Strong performance management, OKR alignment, and talent development
- Premium consumer brand or premium talent segment HRBP experience preferred
- MBA in HR from reputed institute
- Partner with Engineering and Design VPs on talent and culture strategy
- Lead annual performance review and compensation benchmarking
- Handle complex employee relations for senior technical staff
- Drive engagement and culture building for CRED engineering teams
- Support senior engineering hiring and executive onboarding
- Implement retention programmes for high-potential design and engineering talent
