CRED is hiring a Data Scientist to build member intelligence, reward personalisation, and credit behaviour models for 10M+ of India's highest-creditworthiness consumers — helping CRED deliver hyper-personalised financial experiences.
- 3–5 years data science in consumer fintech or premium consumer brands
- Member behaviour segmentation and personalisation models
- Python: XGBoost, LightGBM, and deep learning
- Credit card spending behaviour and lifestyle analytics
- SQL and Spark for large-scale member data analysis
- A/B experiment design for reward programme optimisation
- Build member spending behaviour segmentation and personalisation models
- Develop reward redemption recommendation and engagement prediction models
- Create credit risk and propensity models for CRED Credit products
- Run A/B experiments to improve member engagement and credit uptake
- Present member intelligence insights to CRED CPO and leadership
- Collaborate with engineering on real-time personalisation feature delivery
