Teleperformance India is hiring Content Moderators for a global social media platform's Trust & Safety team to review user-generated content across English, Hindi, and regional Indian languages.
You will identify and action content that violates community guidelines including hate speech, misinformation, and graphic violence.
- Any graduate
- Strong English reading and writing
- Hindi or regional language proficiency preferred
- Good analytical and judgment skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and disturbing content
- Good computer literacy
- Review user-generated content against community guidelines
- Action violating content: remove, label, or escalate
- Meet daily review volume and accuracy targets
- Attend regular calibration sessions with quality team
- Report trends in policy violation patterns
