You will identify and action content that violates community guidelines including hate speech, misinformation, and graphic violence.

  • Any graduate
  • Strong English reading and writing
  • Hindi or regional language proficiency preferred
  • Good analytical and judgment skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and disturbing content
  • Good computer literacy
  • Review user-generated content against community guidelines
  • Action violating content: remove, label, or escalate
  • Meet daily review volume and accuracy targets
  • Attend regular calibration sessions with quality team
  • Report trends in policy violation patterns
