Zerodha is hiring a Compliance Manager to own the SEBI stock broker and depository participant regulatory compliance programme — ensuring India's largest stock broker remains fully compliant with all NSE, BSE, SEBI, and CDSL/NSDL requirements.
- 6–9 years SEBI broker compliance or capital market regulatory experience
- SEBI Stock Broker Regulations and Listing Obligation requirements expertise
- NSE and BSE inspection and audit management experience
- Depository Participant compliance: CDSL and NSDL regulations
- CS or LLB with SEBI compliance expertise
- NISM Series certifications preferred
- Own Zerodha SEBI stock broker and DP regulatory compliance programme
- Manage NSE and BSE inspection preparation and coordination
- File SEBI, NSE, BSE, and CDSL periodic regulatory reports
- Monitor SEBI circulars and implement requirements across Zerodha products
- Provide compliance opinions on new trading and investment product launches
- Conduct compliance training for operations and technology teams
