The Total Rewards team designs and administers competitive and equitable compensation & benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate our employees. They collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to implement total rewards strategies that support our overall organizational goals and meet the material needs of our employees. The Compensation & Benefits Partner, Europe will be the foundational role responsible for supporting a unified global Total Rewards strategy. This is a critical, hands-on, and highly strategic individual contributor role that acts as the primary expert for all compensation, benefits, and rewards programs across our European markets.
