Persistent Systems is hiring a Cloud Solutions Architect with deep Azure expertise to lead cloud migration and modernization engagements for enterprise clients. Based out of Pune, you will be the technical pre-sales and delivery authority for Azure-based transformation projects.
You will work with client CIOs and CTOs to design cloud architecture, build business cases, and oversee implementation delivery teams. This is a senior role combining technical depth with strong communication and consulting skills.
- Design enterprise cloud architectures on Azure for client modernization projects
- Lead technical pre-sales engagements and create solution proposals
- Guide and review implementation teams on architecture best practices
- 8+ years of cloud engineering or architecture experience with deep Azure expertise
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (AZ-305) is mandatory
- Experience with Azure landing zones, Hub-Spoke topologies, and enterprise governance
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, AKS, Azure App Service, and Azure Data services
- Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders on cloud strategy
- Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
- Lead cloud architecture design sessions with enterprise clients
- Create technical proposals and architecture documentation
- Guide implementation teams on Azure best practices and design patterns
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with WAF (Well-Architected Framework)
- Mentor junior cloud engineers in the practice
