Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L3)

NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Cloud Managed Services Engineer to deliver high‑impact, proactive support for enterprise clients. The role focuses on incident resolution, service improvement, and project support while mentoring junior staff.

• Configure, install, test, and operate client infrastructure
• Apply monitoring tools, respond to alerts, and log incidents promptly
• Analyze, assign, and elevate support calls; identify root causes
• Escalate issues to third‑party vendors when necessary
• Provide onsite technical support and field engineering services
• Conduct monthly incident reviews, recommend quality improvements
• Identify optimization opportunities, including automation
• Manage and implement projects within the technology domain
• Support Disaster Recovery planning and testing
• Document processes, provide root‑cause analysis, and maintain SLA compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computing or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience with VMware vSphere (6.x–7.x), ESXi, vCenter, SRM, vROps, vSAN, and vCloud Director
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux Server administration
• Hands‑on experience with UCS, Cisco, HPE, Dell hardware and storage solutions (Pure, EMC, NetApp, SAN/NAS)
• Strong knowledge of virtualization, networking (NFS, iSCSI, FC), and backup technologies (Veeam, Rubrik, Zerto)
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• ITIL process knowledge and vendor management
• Relevant certifications (VMware Certified Professional, VMware Certified Specialist, Microsoft Certified Azure Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, etc.)
