- Clinical risk stratification and predictive modelling
- Python: scikit-learn, XGBoost, and survival analysis
- Medical coding: ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, and LOINC
- HIPAA-compliant data analysis methodology
- SQL for clinical claims and EHR data analysis
- Build hospital readmission prediction models for US health systems
- Develop chronic disease risk stratification for diabetes, CHF, and COPD
- Create care gap identification models for preventive care programmes
- Validate models against clinical outcome data
