Infosys is seeking a Full Stack Engineer specializing in ServiceNow HRSD. This role combines full stack development with data analysis, business process automation using Power Automate, reporting using Power BI, and hands-on customization within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD solutions including case management and lifecycle events
- Implement workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
- Perform data analysis and build business process automations
- Generate reports using Power BI
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD configuration and customization
- Experience with Power BI and Power Automate
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Full stack development skills including .NET
- Familiarity with JavaScript and Glide APIs
