Teleperformance India is hiring Chat Support Executives for a leading Indian e-commerce platform's non-voice customer support process in Mumbai.
You will manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously, resolving order, delivery, and return queries with empathy and speed.
- Any graduate or final-year student
- Typing speed 40+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy
- Excellent written English
- Good understanding of e-commerce order lifecycle
- Customer-first attitude and empathy
- Freshers welcome
- Handle 5–6 simultaneous customer chat conversations
- Resolve order, delivery, return, and refund queries
- Escalate fraud and payment-related cases
- Maintain CSAT above 90% and FCR above 85%
- Update CRM with accurate interaction records
