Teleperformance India is hiring Chat Support Executives for a leading Indian e-commerce platform's non-voice customer support process in Mumbai.

You will manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously, resolving order, delivery, and return queries with empathy and speed.

  • Any graduate or final-year student
  • Typing speed 40+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy
  • Excellent written English
  • Good understanding of e-commerce order lifecycle
  • Customer-first attitude and empathy
  • Freshers welcome
  • Handle 5–6 simultaneous customer chat conversations
  • Resolve order, delivery, return, and refund queries
  • Escalate fraud and payment-related cases
  • Maintain CSAT above 90% and FCR above 85%
  • Update CRM with accurate interaction records
