  • Handle live chat and email queries from international customers
  • Resolve order, delivery, and return issues using CRM tools
  • Maintain high CSAT scores and first-contact resolution rates
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM with high accuracy
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  • Previous non-voice BPO experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Handle simultaneous chat conversations with international customers
  • Resolve customer queries within defined SLA timelines
  • Escalate complex cases to voice/senior teams as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM
  • Achieve daily CSAT and productivity targets
