Teleperformance India is hiring Chat Support Executives for its e-commerce process in Kolkata. You will handle customer queries via live chat and email for a leading international e-commerce brand, resolving issues related to orders, returns, and account management.
This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with 1-2 years of experience in non-voice processes. Excellent typing speed and written English are key requirements.
- Handle live chat and email queries from international customers
- Resolve order, delivery, and return issues using CRM tools
- Maintain high CSAT scores and first-contact resolution rates
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Previous non-voice BPO experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Handle simultaneous chat conversations with international customers
- Resolve customer queries within defined SLA timelines
- Escalate complex cases to voice/senior teams as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM
- Achieve daily CSAT and productivity targets
