Pine Labs is hiring a BI Engineer to build merchant analytics dashboards, transaction trend reporting, and BNPL portfolio performance dashboards for 500,000+ merchant partners and enterprise leadership.

3–5 years BI or analytics engineering experience
Tableau or Power BI expert-level dashboard development
Strong SQL and PostgreSQL for financial analytics queries
dbt for data modelling on Redshift or Snowflake
Python for analytics automation
Payment or fintech domain analytics experience preferred

Build merchant transaction analytics dashboards in Tableau
Develop BNPL portfolio performance and risk reporting
Design dbt semantic models for merchant and payment analytics
Partner with merchant success teams on analytics requirements
Produce executive reporting for CEO and CFO reviews
Enable self-service analytics for commercial and finance teams
