Zoho Corporation is hiring Business Development Executives for its SMB sales team in Lucknow. You will drive new customer acquisition for Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho One across SMBs and growing enterprises in Uttar Pradesh and neighbouring states.

This is a field and inside sales hybrid role. You will manage your own pipeline, do product demos for prospects, and close deals independently. Zoho offers excellent product training, sales mentorship, and attractive incentive structures for high performers.

  • Generate and qualify leads for Zoho CRM, Books, and One products
  • Conduct product demos for SMB and enterprise prospects
  • Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • 1-3 years of B2B software sales or inside sales experience
  • Knowledge of CRM, accounting, or HR software is a plus
  • Strong Hindi and English communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable with both field visits and inside sales activities
  • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads for Zoho product suite
  • Conduct web and in-person product demos for prospects
  • Manage CRM pipeline and update Zoho CRM daily
  • Achieve monthly new customer acquisition and revenue targets
  • Coordinate with technical support for post-sale onboarding
