Business Data Analyst

Anshika Fasteners Pvt. Ltd. manufactures high-quality steel fasteners for domestic and international customers across construction, infrastructure, energy, and other industrial sectors. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to take ownership of daily operational ERP entries, develop strong expertise in our ERP system, and support management through accurate reporting and business analysis.

• Collect, verify, and personally enter departmental data into the ERP system while maintaining a daily checklist.
• Record production orders, material issues and returns, machine-wise output, and work-in-progress movements.
• Enter incoming, in-process, and final inspection records, test results, and approved disposition records.
• Reconcile ERP quantities with departmental records and physical movement documents to support material traceability.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards covering production, quality, rejection, rework, and management KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Applications, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP operations, manufacturing MIS, production data management, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience completing ERP transactions in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, follow-up discipline, and problem-solving skills.
