The Business and Data Analyst will design, develop, and maintain metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive financial and operational performance insights for new products and services. The role involves consulting stakeholders, ensuring data quality, and providing ad‑hoc data support to enable data‑driven decision making across the organization.
- Design and develop metrics, reports, and dashboards for financial and operational performance.
- Consult with stakeholders to capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and assurance to ensure clean and reliable data feeds into reports.
- Provide ad‑hoc data requests and support to management and clients.
- Interpret data to identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain library of reports and dashboards for operational and financial data.
- Support financial tracking, including monthly invoice review.
- Collaborate across divisions and business units to support reporting and technology solutions.
- Assist with site annual reports, operations assessments, and project proposals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, Technology, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and/or healthcare-focused programs.
- Experience with Tableau and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Experience with task automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
