Business Analyst with Data Engineering

UST is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in data platforms, SAP ecosystems, and enterprise business processes to drive requirement gathering and solution design. You will work closely with business stakeholders across functions to translate business needs into functional specifications and data-driven solutions.

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and data-driven solutions
• Work with technical teams on data platforms (Databricks, data engineering) and SAP systems
• Support data modeling, reporting, and integration initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment across business, technology, and data teams
• Drive end-to-end requirement lifecycle, including validation and UAT support

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management
• Prior exposure to data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and SAP (ECC/S4HANA)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with multiple business groups
• Ability to work in an onsite-offshore model and coordinate across teams
