Spectral Consultants is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Temenos and BFSI expertise to join their team in Chennai.
You will act as a key link between Front Office, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Tech teams, gathering requirements and aligning processes for securities trading, asset transfers, and funds.
- Gather and document business requirements (BRD/FSD) for securities trading, asset transfers, and funds
- Act as the key link between Front Office, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Tech teams
- Align processes across European and Asian sites into one common design
- Lead workshops, support UAT, go-live, data migration, and user training
- Collaborate with Temenos and integrators on implementation
- 7+ years of experience in banking as a Business Analyst and/or hands-on Project Manager
- Expert knowledge of Temenos T24/Transact for Wealth Management (securities trading, funds, fees and tax modules)
- Strong grasp of the securities trading lifecycle, settlements, and SWIFT/ISO 20022 messaging
- Proven experience writing BRDs and FSDs
- Hands-on UAT, SIT, SQL, and API knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
