Infosys BPM is hiring a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business process owners and technology teams on a large ERP transformation engagement. You will gather and document requirements, map business processes, and work closely with SAP and Salesforce implementation teams to deliver a seamless transition for a US manufacturing client.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, experience working in an IT services context, and familiarity with process documentation and requirements management tools.
- Elicit and document business requirements for SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Map as-is and to-be business processes using BPMN notation
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into functional specs
- 3-6 years of IT business analysis experience
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce)
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or ARIS)
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
- CBAP or CCBA certification is a plus
- Experience working in manufacturing or finance domain is preferred
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements
- Document business requirements, use cases, and process flows
- Manage requirements traceability matrix and change requests
- Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and coordinating with business users
- Prepare project status updates and present to steering committee
