Responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive question bank featuring audio-visual and text-based questions. Conduct quality control on content produced by peers or external vendors, and collaborate with creative, quizmaster, and product teams to align question bank volume, categories, distribution, and quality standards.
- Create and maintain the question bank with engaging audio-visual and text questions
- Perform quality control on assigned content developed by peers or external vendors
- Liaise with Creative, Quizmaster, and Product teams to understand requirements for volume, categories, distribution, and quality
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure content meets standards
- 2-5 years of experience with strong analytical and communication skills
