- 4–7 years business analysis experience
- Core banking or retail banking domain
- BRD, FRD, and user story writing
- UML, process flow, and data flow diagrams
- JIRA and Confluence
- CBAP or PMP certification preferred
- Conduct requirements workshops with banking stakeholders
- Write BRDs and functional specifications
- Create process flows and data mapping documents
- Support testing team with test case reviews
- Manage change requests and impact analysis
