- 2–4 years banking or financial services relationship management
- Savings account, NRI banking, and retail investment product knowledge
- AMFI ARN and IRDAI Individual licence preferred
- Strong interpersonal and cross-selling skills
- Good written and spoken English and Kannada
- Manage 300+ savings and NRI customer relationships at HDFC Bank branch
- Cross-sell home loans, FDs, mutual funds, and insurance
- Drive branch Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) balance growth
- Conduct product demonstrations and investment advisory sessions
- Submit daily sales activity and pipeline reports
