Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its US healthcare voice process in Bangalore. You will handle calls from US patients and healthcare providers related to insurance eligibility, claims status, and prior authorization for a leading US health insurer.
This is a night shift role (IST 8 PM to 5 AM) with excellent shift allowances, cab facility, and structured career progression. Healthcare domain training is provided before deployment.
- Handle inbound voice calls from US patients and healthcare providers
- Process insurance eligibility verification and claims status inquiries
- Update records in healthcare management system
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent spoken English with neutral accent
- Willingness to work in US night shifts (8 PM - 5 AM IST)
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Prior healthcare or insurance BPO experience is preferred
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US healthcare clients
- Verify insurance eligibility and provide claims status information
- Process prior authorization requests per standard protocols
- Achieve daily CSAT and AHT targets
- Maintain call quality and HIPAA compliance standards
