HDFC Bank is hiring Branch Relationship Managers at Hyderabad branches to manage and cross-sell financial products to a portfolio of savings, NRI, and semi-HNI customers at HDFC Bank's rapidly growing Hyderabad network.
- 2–4 years retail banking or investment product sales experience
- Knowledge of FD, mutual funds, insurance, and home loans
- AMFI ARN certification preferred
- Good Telugu, Hindi, and English communication
- Strong cross-selling and customer relationship skills
- Manage savings and NRI customer relationships at HDFC Bank branch
- Cross-sell home loans, FDs, insurance, and investment products
- Grow branch CASA and AUM portfolio
- Conduct customer financial needs analysis sessions
- Submit daily activity and cross-sell reports to Branch Manager
