WNS Global Services is hiring Banking Operations Executives for its Trade Finance BPO team supporting a top-5 UK bank's Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, and export document checking operations.
- Any graduate, preferably B.Com or MBA Finance
- 0–2 years banking operations or trade finance experience
- Understanding of Letters of Credit and UCP 600 rules preferred
- Good written English for correspondent bank communication
- Basic MS Office and Excel
- UK shift flexibility
- Process import and export Letters of Credit transactions
- Review trade documents against UCP 600 LC conditions
- Communicate discrepancies with UK corporate clients
- Update trade finance transactions in Finacle or Misys Trade system
- Meet daily transaction volume and accuracy SLA targets
