Capgemini Infrastructure Management is hiring a Backup & Recovery Engineer to manage enterprise backup environments for large manufacturing and BFSI clients using Veritas NetBackup and Commvault.

You will ensure backup SLA compliance, execute disaster recovery tests, and maintain comprehensive recovery runbooks.

  • 3–5 years enterprise backup engineering experience
  • Veritas NetBackup 10.x or Commvault 11.x
  • SAN storage and tape library management
  • Disaster recovery test execution and documentation
  • ITIL change and incident management
  • Linux and Windows server administration
  • Manage all enterprise backup jobs and policies
  • Monitor daily backup completion and address failures
  • Execute annual disaster recovery tests
  • Produce DR test reports for client sign-off
  • Manage SAN storage and tape media lifecycle
