Backup & QA Analyst

Indus Systems & Services is seeking a Backup & QA Analyst to manage IT documentation, change requests, standard operating procedures, and audit support.

• Raising Change requests and action plans in the Trak wise system
• Managing Change request close-outs after task completion and ensuring trackability
• Preparing IOPQ Server qualification and Network qualification documentation
• Preparing and implementing IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Providing audit support for IT-related compilation
• Reconciling IT documents and bound books with the QA department

• Familiarity with IT documentation and SOP preparation
• Experience with change management and audit support
