CliniMind Health Tech is hiring a Backend Python Developer to join our small, high-impact engineering team building healthcare software for 500+ hospitals across India. You will develop APIs and data services powering clinical workflows, EHR integrations, and AI-driven diagnostic tools.

This is a high-ownership role at a health tech startup where you will work directly with founders and domain experts. Expect to wear multiple hats and have a real impact on India's healthcare digitization.

Build FastAPI-based microservices for clinical workflow management
Integrate with HL7/FHIR standards for EHR data exchange
Develop secure APIs for patient data management with HIPAA-aligned practices

2-5 years of Python backend development experience
Proficiency in FastAPI or Django REST Framework
Strong PostgreSQL skills including complex query optimization
Experience with message queues (Celery, RabbitMQ)
Understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) is a big advantage
Knowledge of data security and encryption best practices

Design and build REST APIs for clinical and administrative workflows
Implement HL7/FHIR integrations with external EHR systems
Ensure data security and patient privacy in all system components
Write comprehensive tests and maintain API documentation
Deploy services on AWS and manage production operations
