Dunzo's engineering team is hiring a Backend Engineer to build the order management, delivery partner matching, and real-time tracking APIs powering hyperlocal deliveries across 19+ Indian cities.

2–4 years Python backend development
FastAPI or Flask REST API development
PostgreSQL and Redis expertise
Celery and RabbitMQ for async task processing
Google Maps Platform APIs for location services
Docker and Kubernetes deployment
Experience with real-time systems is a plus

Build RESTful APIs for order placement, matching, and tracking
Develop delivery partner matching algorithms
Build Celery async pipelines for order lifecycle events
Write pytest unit and integration tests
Optimise PostgreSQL queries for high-concurrency peak delivery hours
Support on-call incident rotation
