Lendingkart is hiring a Backend Engineer to build the SME loan origination, underwriting, and disbursal microservices that deliver instant working capital to 1M+ small businesses across India.
- 3–5 years backend engineering with 2+ years Go
- gRPC and REST API design
- PostgreSQL and Redis for lending data
- Kafka for loan lifecycle event streaming
- Docker and Kubernetes
- SME lending or fintech domain experience preferred
- Build loan origination and underwriting microservices in Go
- Develop SME credit scoring API integrations with bureaus
- Implement instant disbursal and repayment tracking workflows
- Write comprehensive Go unit and integration tests
- Support on-call rotation for lending platform services
- Review code from junior engineers
