Back Office Executive

Zodiac HR Consultants I Pvt Ltd is looking for a Back Office Executive to handle order processing and operations. The role involves managing customer orders, maintaining reports, and coordinating closely with the factory and sales teams to ensure smooth dispatch.

• Handle customer orders received via WhatsApp, Email, and Calls
• Create Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in Tally
• Maintain operational reports in MS Excel
• Coordinate with the factory for production and dispatch
• Update customers regarding their order status
• Work closely with Sales Operations and Dispatch teams

• 3 years of experience in back office operations or order processing
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
• Ability to coordinate with factory and dispatch teams
