We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce standard objects and related processes, as well as experience working with agile fundamentals and methodology.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and be able to analyze and elicit requirements.
- 5 years of total experience
- Strong experience in requirements analysis and requirement elicitation
- Experience in agile fundamentals and methodology
- Hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Deep understanding of Salesforce standard objects such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, and related processes
- Analyze and elicit requirements
- Work with agile fundamentals and methodology
- Utilize hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Collaborate with teams to implement Salesforce solutions
