You will develop critical leadership and functional skills in areas such as financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial reporting, internal audit, and investment accounting and analysis. The Hartford 's FLDP (Finance Leadership Development Program) is a three-year talent development program based on formal and experiential learning with coaching, mentoring and feedback for leadership development. Students expecting to graduate in May 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Insurance and/or International Business A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher at the time of graduation Must have a record of high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative and process improvement Demonstrate strong communication, change agility and team skills Ability to analyze and reason through complex problems and make sound recommendations in a fast-paced environment Leadership experience outside of the classroom Compensation The listed annualized base pay range is p
- Participate in rotational assignments across financial planning & analysis, management reporting, financial reporting, internal audit, and investment accounting & analysis
- Engage in coaching, mentoring, and structured learning curriculum to build functional and leadership skills
- Complete supplemental project work and contribute to team objectives
- Interact with leaders at all levels and gain exposure to key finance roles
- Students graduating in May 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Insurance, or International Business
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 at graduation
- Demonstrated high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative, and process improvement
- Strong communication, change agility, and teamwork skills
- Ability to analyze complex problems and make sound recommendations in a fast‑paced environment
- Leadership experience outside the classroom
