Riveron is seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and operational excellence for the Fluence Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM operations.

  • Drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and operational excellence for the Fluence Salesforce ecosystem
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
  • Ensure seamless service delivery, platform stability, and business value realization
  • Maintain SLA compliance and drive continuous improvements
  • Experience as a Salesforce Service Delivery Lead or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM operations
  • Demonstrated experience in client stakeholder management and SLA compliance
