Navi Technologies is hiring an Application Security Engineer to embed security into the SDLC for the personal lending and insurance digital platform protecting millions of customers' financial data.
- 3–5 years application security engineering experience
- SAST tools: Semgrep, SonarQube, or Checkmarx
- DAST and API security testing: Burp Suite and OWASP ZAP
- Threat modelling for fintech application architectures
- Secure code review expertise in Java or Python
- OWASP Top 10 and mobile security (OWASP MASVS)
- OSCP or CEH certification preferred
- Run SAST, DAST, and SCA security scans in Navi CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct threat modelling for new fintech product features
- Review security of Android and iOS mobile app code
- Perform manual penetration testing of Navi APIs and web apps
- Train developers on secure coding practices quarterly
- Track and prioritise security findings with engineering teams
