- Lead architecture, design, and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD modules including HR Case & Knowledge, Employee Center / EC Pro, and Lifecycle Events
- Manage HR Catalog & COEs, Document Management, and Now Mobile for HRSD
- Develop automated workflows
- 8–11 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years specifically in ServiceNow HRSD
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub capabilities
