We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to design and build high‑performance native Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android architecture components. The role involves building offline‑first features, integrating real‑time push notifications, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver new features.
- Design and develop advanced native Android applications using Kotlin
- Implement Room Database for offline data persistence
- Integrate Firebase Cloud Messaging for real‑time push notifications
- Connect app to backend services using Retrofit and RESTful APIs
- Maintain clean architecture using MVVM and Jetpack components
- Write asynchronous code with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to ship new features
- Perform bug fixing, performance tuning, and optimize application responsiveness
- 2-3 years of experience building Android applications
- Proficiency in Kotlin and Android Studio
- Experience with Room Database, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Retrofit, and REST APIs
- Knowledge of MVVM architecture and Android Jetpack components
- Familiarity with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow
- Version control experience with Git
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- At least 1-2 live apps on Google Play Store or equivalent portfolio
